Okunnen - Dwarves
"Okunnen" is the name the Hewellen use to refer to non-Hewellen dwarves. There are a number of Okunnen peoples in the Forges, mostly smallish communities with trading ties but no large polities. They tend to take their social and political cues from the culturally dominant Hewellen.
Okunnen are ethnically hill dwarves, and use the same stats.
