Fire Magic

Destructive Nature

  Fire is never to be taken lightly as it will destroy all that it touches, making it all the more reason to tread carefully when dealing with it. Even those who wield its power tend to have control of that force. Those who often wielded that great force often have to deal with the burden that comes with it and sometimes will be consumed by it if they are not too careful. Even those around them will often keep their distance to avoid pain and destruction if a user loses control. It is something that affects the mind as well as the temptation can be overwhelming with the desire to burn and empower them. Often making it hard to control their emotions to ensure they do not fall into such desires. Making it often a difficult and isolating life to those who have power over the flames and the fear that come with it.  

Power of Fire

  Fire magic has another value to it that many desire from it, it's the ability to create from it. It can be used for several different things but it most popular is that of smithing. The fire is said to allow the creation of stronger items as the magic-infused flames strengthen it. But the true power comes from the user’s ability to control how hot the flame can be. Allowing to achieve things that mast practices have difficultly done, such as melting metal at a faster pace or making it stronger increase the heat of the flames themselves. There are of course of things it can be used such as cooking, bending wood, and preserving things, but metalworking is where it truly shines.  

Turmoil Within

  It is often stated that those born with fire magic will often have trouble controlling their emotions. While this may not always be true, it does show many of them can be quite passionate when they want to be and they do hide what they are thinking. Whether it is because of the fire within them or it is just a trait that develops with them when they manifest their magic is unsure. All that is certain is that they can be difficult at times, especially when working with others. But they are often clever in their own right and see things and know things the most wouldn't as their thirst for knowledge is like burning fire itself as they search for more to satisfy themselves. Making them someone to have around in a difficult situation, but some can develop an ego that can make them see themselves as the center of attention. Especially when they try to be competitive and strive to be on top. Though it tends to get them into trouble one way or another.

Eternal Flame

  Unlike other primordial magics, fire magic comes from the user itself using the air around to power it. But the fire must be controlled at all times by the user to ensure that it does not get out of hand. For has no allegiances, even to those who wield it as it cares little of those they burn. By being the source of the fire a user will not have trouble relying on their environment to aid them in battle. But key factors of their environment will affect them nonetheless. A dry environment and warm weather will increase the power of the fire greatly but will require more control over it. Even when the sun is out the flames will be much stronger as the heat gives it the power to be harnessed. While the damp climate and rainy weather can weaken or extinguish the flames making them useless and it user vulnerable. Even the lack of air will snuff out a flame before it can even be lit. Making it important for those who use it to choose their battles wisely and use magic items to aid them in keeping their flames alive to ensure that they are still capable of fighting.
