Shuvi (Shuvees)

A Shuvi is a local animal species unique to Alhara Jana. They are a type of kangaroo creature that is able to dash across the dune seas at high speed and are able to coordinate around natural predators such as Quicksanders and Heichu. They have incredible leaping power, allowing them to jump over a dune hill in a single bound. Shuvees have heightened senses in the desert, gaining the benefit of tremor sense to avoid encounters with notable predators. They possess manes that naturally curl into locks and they can be mistaken as a person from a distance; in which the unlucky stranger approaching them would be kicked into the sand with broken ribs.   As they possess incredibly leg muscles a Shuvi's kick is capable of denting medium armor, the side of a speeder door, and when they build up speed they convert their momentum into a double kick that can instantly knock out it's opponent. Due to their incredibly fighting prowess, Shuvees are often tamed or captured to take part in animal boxing tournaments. Taming Shuvees are possible, but is considered dangerous due to their violent nature and territorial nature. When they feel cornered, or having no room to escape, they would lash out aggressively and could potentially kill someone.
