Azalia Sekai

Born and raised in Jana to a Kaishi mother and a retired Legacy hero Father. Azalia grew up seeing all faces of corruption, especially among the police. Due to a series of events she nearly lost her family to corrupt cops, but was able to rescue them when she realized her Expand Power. Growing up she left her home and joined various mafia and criminal organizations, working her way up to being a proficient Information Broker. After much persuasion from her mother she opted to wipe her slate clean and join Dracon.   After the Revolution on Jana, Azalia is now among the main governing unit operating Jana. She took it upon herself to become the Chief Commissioner of Police force of both Alhara and Albard, removing corrupt officers and installing an Internal Affairs Bureau.   Azalia's Expand is called Over Quartzer and has the power to stop time. She is capable of travelling across the planet in a short amount of time, dodge attacks, or give others luck in pushing them out of the way of danger in a split second. She is often seen travelling back and forth between both branches of Dracon and to the main officers in Tapiolis.   Originally a mature and lucky-go-round woman, she developed a habit of drinking ever since her father passed away due to an illness. Her mother is retired and lives in Tenraku, while Azalia spends most of her waking hours working or acting as mission coordinator for Dracon.
