Quabriel
Quabriel is a celestial caseworker who has been assigned to any cleric in the adventuring party.
As per the trope, he is overworked and underpaid. Generally wanting to be helpful, but his job is just to periodically check in and give a evaluation of the clerics actions. The evaluation is for the god/goddess, not the PC, so he is reluctant to voice any sort of judgement to the cleric. He also makes sure the PC knows the resources available to him/her.

When a PC levels up, his/her case worker is "supposed" to chek in with a dream, and have an evaluation meeting with their client. As story permitsthis may happen:
- 1-25 on d100 - immediatly.
- 26-55 d100 - within a week
- 56-75 d100 - after a week, at the worst possible time
- 76 - 100 - gets "skipped" due to clerical error.
Intake interview
In initial interview, Quabriel is friendly and projects an air of compassion and support. He genuinely wants the PC to succeed in their calling to their god/godess. He has some goals for the interview.
- review the info in his file and make sure everything is correct.
- make sure the PC understands their new domain spells and how to channel divinity.
- record the PC's goals for how they will promote the will of their god/godess
- make a record of the state of their soul (detect alignment)
