Ghira
Ghira is the title granted to the strategic specialist of Themis. This position holds the same power as a Monarch and is considered one of the seven monarchs of Themis. The Ghira is usually a warrior choosing to wield logic instead of physical weapons, but is still a highly skilled and formitable warrior.

This position can be inherited or granted.
Duties
Responsible for the physical and political strategic defense of Themis and the Siphon people.
