The Nine Eyes
The Nine Eyes are the spy branch of the Council of Jameses. Established by Captain Richard to be the Council's eyes and ears across the Worlds.
The core beliefs of the Eyes can be summarized in their Nine Tenets:
See No Evil: Reject the influence of malevolent forces such as the Entity and their soldiers.
Hear No Evil: Reject propaganda and rhetoric aimed at stirring violence and hatred.
Speak No Evil: Avoid all slander, lies, and harmful speech.
Think No Evil: Avoid all malevolent or violent thoughts.
Feel No Evil: Avoid all malevolent or violent feelings.
Draw No Evil: Keep the Nine Eyes private and safe from enemy knowledge.
Touch No Evil: Avoid unscrupulous methods of achieving mission success.
Do No Evil: Avoid unjustified killing and unjustified theft.
Feed No Evil: Do not contribute to the growth of violence or crime in any society you are present in at the time.
The Eyes gather information on potential Dimensional threats, and report directly to the Council. Their official leader is Captain Richard, but there are rumours of a "shadow leader" known as the Seer, who answers to the Captain alone.
Structure
The Eyes are a reconnaissance-based organization with the Council overseeing all their actions. Spies are deployed either by a Council member directly, or indirectly by an assistant to the Council.

To gather intel on possible World threats.
Assets
The Eyes have resources across the twenty-five Dimensions, including a total wealth equal to that of Mansa Musa's mighty empire.
History
The Eyes were founded to go where the Council could not, the omnispective arm working in the shadows. Supposedly the Seer, if they exist at all, was recruited by Captain Junglenoodle sometime after the original group was formed.
