Dragon Kings Syndicate

The Syndicate is the most powerful criminal organization across the Five Worlds. Its members, the Dragon Kings, are territorial divine beings, sons of the 'Dragon Lord' Migayul, and are the last surviving members of their species, immortal creatures who slew each other millions of years ago in a turf war.     Each son is a boss of his own criminal organization, having territories across the twenty-five Dimensions, four bosses in each.

Structure

A boss is served by a consigliere (adviser) and sottocapo (sub-captain), under them three caporegimes (crew-captains) and under them the soldatos (soldiers) in the millions.     The Consigliere is the right-hand helper of the Boss, and is usually selected from a member of the Krillians.     The Sottocapo/Capo is first in line to be a Boss if one is killed (which has never happened), and is selected from the Tarasks, a sister species to the Calcatores. Capos manage organization finances.     The Caporegimes/Captains command soldiers and organize their deployment across Dimensions. They are usually picked from the Octopodes, a species from Dimension XIV.     A Soldato/Soldier can be of any species and is the muscle of the Syndicate. They are chosen from various Dimensions, with a preference for aggressive species like Red Men.

The Janitor

Tenshou Daijin, aliases Chuugakkou no Kyojin ('Middle School Giant', referring to his height) and Giovane D'Onore ('Man of Honour'), is the family's associate who makes sure each of the organizations is running smoothly. He was a Praeter working as a sidekick for the hero Super Hongsing before his planet was destroyed, and now prepares 'cleanups' for the syndicate when they get their claws dirty, as well as developing new weaponry for his clients.     Named after the sun goddess by his father, Daijin can fire beams of hot energy from his palms and destroy any physical thing with a maximum of two hits, his special move being the 'Carbonated Beverage Fire Fist.' His crime scene cleaning group, the Kanrinin, deal with all 'delitti d'onore' regardless of Dimension or location.     In terms of personality he is detached from all forms of suffering, and is incapable of sympathy or empathy. He sees human beings as the lowest form of sentient organism, undeserving of life, liberty or happiness, with only his late mother Carmen Daijin née Quispe (a victim of his planet's destruction) having what's left of his affection. A shrine to her, the Carmen Eulogy, is in his office.

Getsutoku no Myou no Ken

The Fist of the Moon is a deadly weapon used to kill targets of the Syndicate, a violent virus that horribly mutates its victims to propagate.     If directly infected (e.g. via injection or consuming a contaminated liquid) a person will grow into an unsustainably large and deformed monster called a 'Susashinan' (Violent Storm), causing their slow and painful demise as their internal organs are unnaturally stretched. The victim will regurgitate a clump of fungus-like growths before death that will release spores which, if inhaled, take over a person's mind and compel them to continue to virus' cycle: the compelled person will dig a large pit about ten feet deep and will sit inside it with their top half bowed and hands reaching for their toes, almost like the pashchimottaanaasana position.     In this shape they will remain as new muscle fibre grows from their skin and covers them, forming something almost like a brain. This new structure will be the conscious part of the monster as a body grows around the 'brain' within eight days. The new abomination will then grow within the pit for nine days before climbing out and eating any living thing in sight. Susashinan live for an average of 270 days and upon death will release more growths to continue the process.     This horrid weapon has been used to wipe out entire enemy planets and settlements within a matter of months, with one infected droplet put in the water supply to kickstart the misery. It was engineered by Daijin himself from knowledge he picked up when he was a hero, and soldiers of the Syndicate each carry a vial.

History

A Calcator (f. Calcatrix, plural Calcatrices) is a large neon-purple serpentine wyvern with 311,040,000,000,000 heads, each head with the same number of long curved horns, eyes, nostrils and mouths, each mouth with 311,040,000,000,000 snake-like tongues and teeth made of adamant, and 311,040,000,000,000 whiplike tails, hectocotyli, legs and wings. Being a dimorphic species, females are larger and white with their own reproductive organs.     They were an imperial species, much like the Red Men, and believed that only those with 'good genes' deserved to exist. They slaughtered each other over millions of years to find the 'superior' members of their kind, who would inherit the Worlds.     Migayul was the strongest Calcator in the conflict and his family is the last one left. His wife Zahreil had a hundred sons and eight daughters, the 'Princesses' Ssamiss, Nabu, Libat, Sin, Nirig, Bil, Kivan and Ruha.     The sons are Churrag, Dierdit, Domet, Pemray, Xino, Tylbeg, Yziad, Freldrayntyn, Usocrait, Asurar, Ighyrth, Mesig, Otog, Muthym, Irryg, Paddres, Aitha, Ziddrasdym, Janninanth, Evudyr, Arvarth, Zyger, Aziar, Taddreg, Chudug, Ryrsurth, Chersid, Yddrecrurth, Ersonarth, Qyddriaded, Zoduss, Qoikun, Pothas, Jikiess, Xinni, Jevram, Isyr, Xumreras, Jeovryntinth, Zyrsesdaynth, Cyrgon, Gylbun, Gryvem, Jilrom, Tiambyss, Brikerth, Greorga, Kirdyntoig, Xaddrocrus, Ovruroig, Omass, Ryneog, Frodeir, Grigiam, Brizinth, Dommit, Cysass, Bymbidim, Punorrayr, Grimbycrar, Tiemmor, Bietoss, Inned, Xughu, Nesu, Odon, Kesaig, Julzryryss, Rozarem, Xierriadig, Zyrgy, Brerig, Brumrud, Bynus, Yrgu, Caidar, Zetierth, Patine, Peoradet, Toikyda, Frairsom, Etorth, Choindor, Oty, Bruldrar, Xaghin, Gervut, Gragoress, Frathudo, Fravadinth, Borsug, Otom, Gyrrur, Frirun, Piasarth, Chayndir, Xoimrat, Dulroron, Masydointh and Cerdereig.
