Aneira Blackmoor, Lady of Steelport, and the appointed Lord of Westmarch. She rules over her province like a master plays a game of chess. One piece at a time, but always five steps ahead. She often holds audiences to whoever may wish to complain, but only seems to take interest in what benefits her. Despite her benevolent appearances, she is a devious courtier and fencer, who has been using the conflicts roused by the bandit rebels to strike fear into the hearts of of Westmarch, painting a better portrait of herself as a saviour authocrat.

General Physical Condition
Aneira Blackmoor is an athletic and exercised woman in her late fourties. She keeps a well groomed and neck long flowing auburn brown hair. She constantly sports a crooked smile, except in the case of matters of importance to her, and dresses lavishly with the finest silks, leathers and woolens. She is always armed with a refined longsword, and carries two ivory rings around his left index and middle finger.
Body Features
Aneira has duelling scars on both cheeks, as well as multiple puncture wounds on her arms and chest. A long gash across her shoulder marks where she was once struck during an assassination. The wound burns and aches when it's about to rain. Otherwise, she carries herself calmly and with a petrifying intensity, her eyes are particularly remarkable.

Everyday Carry
Elegant clothing made from silk and linen. She wears a frilled shirt, refined hoses and a leather doublet that widens her shoulders. Aneira is always seen with a weapon on her, be it a long dagger for self defense, or her precious longsword for duels and executions, which she likes to carry out herself. A white hankerchief has been permanently stained pink from years of washing blood off her blade.

Personal history
Aneira Blackmoor was the last daughter of Elias Blackmoor, 7th Lord of Steelport and governor of the Provinces of Westmarch. Youngest of three brothers and one elder sister, Aneira was considered a spare rather than an heir, and sent off to the Church to become a soldier, and begin a martial career at the young age of 8. She became a squire to a prominent officer, and quickly played well into the inner politics of the Church. Her cut throat techniques and charismatic leadership quickly pushed her at the top of her regiment, and soon enough her reputation as a quick thinking and resourceful soldier ran quickly amongst the ranks.
When the Devastation began, she was called back home to defend the walls of Steelport in case of an invasion from the Legion, during which she had little importance. This, however, gave her the time to plan out her takeover of the family and built her authority by manipulating like minded individuals into a tight knit circle of plotters and spies. Her sister, Moira, and heir to the throne of Steelport returned from the Devastation both wounded and jaded by the cruelties of war, to find that Aneira had already gathered the support she needed to oust her aging father, her two brothers and Moira herself from the line of succession.
What follows is mostly speculation, for the months in the aftermath of the Devastation are unclear, yet it is told that a plague swept Steelport and Westmarch, blighting the wheat and fouling the rivers and wells. During this time, Elias, Moira, Aldhelm and Regan Blackmoor died of illness and sickening pox. In the months that ensued, the city was in upheaval. Peace was restored within the province when Aneira Blackmoor quelled both riots and cleansed the waters of city of Steelport, after which she proclaimed herself as Lady and heir of Westmarch, and matron of the House of Blackmoor.
