The Lost Hive
Far out in the Eastern Sea, there lay a lost Illithid hive ship, its form broken and decaying. Few know about this sunken hive, and those that do dare not find out what horrific beings lurk within its water logged decks.
Purpose / Function
The Lost Hive was once an enormous Illithid hive ship, but since its near destruction in the Battle of the Necropolis and its crash landing in the Eastern Sea, it is nothing but a sunken wreck filled with forgotten mind flayer technologies.
History
Millennia ago, when the Illithid arrived in there great fleets, the mortals of the Radiant Nexus quivered with fear. But the tides soon turned, with the aid of the long forgotten metallic dragons, and the use of powerful magics, the Mind Flayer scourge was slowly driven back. When the mortal forces banded together in the dense jungle of Arenthuil, Illithid were slain in their millions. Most of their fleet were either destroyed by the mortal forces or fled back into the Astral Plane, but one hive ship was sent careening through the skies until it finally crash landed in the far eastern ocean. Few know about this lost ship and those that do dare travel to find out if there is any truth to the tales.
