The Western Hall of Eiclio
A large building standing on pillars over part of the Ring Garden's western portion.
Purpose / Function
A general public meeting point, meant for people to have a safe, indoor place to meet with friends, communities, or groups that don't have their own building. Has a wide array of activity rooms, as well as lounges, eateries, and sensory rooms.
Alterations
Some of the rooms have changed purpose and some walls have been repainted.
Architecture
Like that of other Eiclian buildings.
