Beltred
Beltred, or The Blood Tree religion follows quite a few texts, but the main one is The Book Of Glad. The religion focuses on the creation of Vampires, so most of the followers are Vampiers. Blood Mages follow a very similer religon with The Book of Glad being on of its testoments in stead of the main story.
Tenets of Faith
Vlade had five values and Neo six.
These values have been combined by the people of Beltred over the years. There are also the beliefs of the Saints Titan: Loved men rule with power, feared men do not rule.
Erza: A good man knows when his pride is not needed.
Wendy: One shall not force their ideas on another.
Spiring: If I see lies and do not speak, I must be hanged.
Levi: One must trust their home or they shall never trust again.
Victor: Forgiveness is not something you give freely.

Worship
Worship is done mostly in homes to shins of white and pink stained boards, often with items to symbolize Vlade, Neo, or a Saint. White symbolizes truth and Pink thankfulness. Worship happens during the Hour of Rest, when the sun goes down, with The Faithful of the town walking through the streets. Some will also pray before bed and right when they get up, though it's mostly frowned upon to pray during the day unless you are in a Temple of Faith.
There are three holidays. The Rise and Fall is a holiday that takes place on two different days. The Rise takes place on the 10th and 11th of Summafu. The Fall on the 19th and 20th of Wintsu. New Year's, or Nincita takes place on the 19 and 20th of Wintfu and the 1st and 2nd of Sprun. Weddings are held at a Temple of Faith and are mostly small affairs. A chosen Faithful will bless the couple, their writs will be cut with each other names, and they will each be gifted something of the other family. The couple will spend the night together alone and the next day they will party with their community. After the death of a person, they will be burned on what is called a "Death Bed". The ashes will be collected and kept in small boxes called "Crips". Crips hold all the family ashes.
Priesthood
The Faithful are the rulers of this religion. Most families send at least one person from every generation to be a part of the Faithful. The Faithful are a group that leads prayer during the Hour of Rest, Religious Events, holidays, Funerals, and Weddings. The Faithful are not chosen as anyone can join, once you join you have to study historical documents and religious books. The Faithful spend a lot of time looking over the past to see if something was missed and critiquing the current traditions.
