The General
Where most Hutts shirk responsibility for excess, the General is the opposite. Face hidden behind a stoic mask and figure hidden in hologram, this Hutt is far more hands-on with the day to day operations of The Masque than most Hutts are with their enterprises. As a result, unless he has chosen not to know about it, he will see and hear all that happens in Port City or the Harmonious.
