Archive of Toth
To be accurate, the Archive of Toth is not a place, but an entity - a Read Dragon whose name is Archive. Toth relates to the name of the plateau upon which the Temple of Toth was built.
Purpose / Function
The Archive's collection is visited by individuals seeking obscure information that is not available elsewhere. Access to Archive's collection is only granted when he is presented with a written work - the more important or obscure the work, or if the written work that is not in Archive's horde, the greater the assistance the visitor can expect.
It is a rare event that Archive loans a book from his collection; removing a book without permission, or failing to return a book as agreed upon is a mistake that none have been permitted to repeat.

Design
While the exterior of structure is a marble building 50' on a side, the interior is infinitely vast.
Denizens
Nathan, a nothic, is employed by Archive to retrieve and record memories of individuals visiting the library.
History
After the location of the Temple of Toth was forgotten (which didn't take very long as Toth was the God of Forgotten Locations), it was rediscovered by a young Archive who made it his home and starting amassing his horde of written works. Over time both Archive and his horde matured, and is now the largest and most expansive collection of writing on the Orb.
