Fainting Rule

Areas that have the Fainting Rule in effect are relatively safe for Nipiks to reside in. It is a Rule that allows Nipiks to respawn if they are killed for any reason because they are considered "Fainted" instead of killed by the World Mechanics. How long it takes for the Nipik to respawn is dependent on the Realm or the settings on the Rule Generator sustaining the rule.   The energy cost of generation for this Rule by a Rule Generator is Medium.   INSPIRATION: This Rule was inspired by the strange logic employed by the Pokemon games where no matter what happened to the pokemon to reduce its Health Points to 0 the pokemon is "fainted" not killed.
