Mental characteristics
Personal history
When Solveris III assumed the throne at the age of 22 he took control over a massive empire. Beldin had become a sprawling affair. It served as Capitol for The Empire but it was never designed to become as large as it did. Solveris III issued orders to start looking for a site for a new Capital for the Empire . While this search began he began the other thing his rule would be known for.
He began fathering children.
By the time a final site was chosen on the eastern coast of The Gogorin Sea Solveris had fathered thirteen children with the Imperial Harem. By the time construction began in 1538 BF that number had grown to twenty five. As the new capital was built Solveris III began putting his children to work, first as manual labor then leading projects.
By the time Mor Daven was finished, twenty-seven of the eventual thirty five children had personally helped build the Capital. Solveris III ruled for a long time. His rule was spent reorganizing the Empire. When he passed of old age in 1466 BF he left behind a strong Empire with the majority of his progeny employed throughout the government. Solveris IV, who succeeded his father, had a far greater appreciation for his Capital since he had spent fifteen years of his life helping build it.
Education
Like many who assumed the Imperial Throne, Solveris III was highly educated by the best tutors that could be found.
