Volker was born in Wittgendorf and grew up doing odd jobs until he decided to leave. He started travelling buying and selling general goods from the cities to local villages. As he slowly made his way across Reikland he arrived in Ubersreik. When he was talking with the owner of the general store he was offered to purchase the store which he gladly accepted making a down payment and taking out a loan from the bank. Since then he has been running the store and making payments on the loans missing few here and there but staying within the margins. He finds it difficult to keep everything in the black running it like when he was a pedlar but he has been doing better ever since he expanded into good for adventurers.
Employment
Volker started his working life as a pedlar in eastern Reikland and settled down in Ubersreik when he was able to purchase the general store.
