Personal history
Julian was born to the DuBois merchant family in Ubersreik. While he grew up he spent his time helping with the shop and hanging out with others in Ubersreik who had a Breton background especially Eleanor. From a young age he would talk about the fact that his family are landless nobles from Bretonnia and took what wealth they had to move to Reikland and start a business. He would say he was going to reestablish his family as nobles by being a knight. When he turned 18 he began dueling in between helping his family with the shop. He eventually made a deal with a knight to do his job if he was taken on as a squire. When the job was completed by him and the Grey Finders he found out he was cheated. Since then he has been seeking out nobles to do errands for them on the requirement he be made a squire or knight.
Education
Julian was educated by tutors when he was young and when he wanted to become a duelist he received basic fencing training with his family sword.
Employment
Julian worked in his parents shop when he was young, and then became a fencer. He has been beseeching nobles for errands to allow him to become a squire.
Accomplishments & Achievements
His greatest noted achievement is defeating the second best duelist in Ubersreik by taking advantage of the duelist's reliance on the Von Monklatz dueling technique and Julian is well read and knew how to counter it.
Failures & Embarrassments
His greatest failure is being taken advantage of by a knight to go and hunt down some beastmen doing their job for him without being made a squire like promised.
