Personal history
Elmer started work at the shop at young age around the time the dedicated auction house was added. While he continued to work at the shop he received tutoring in a multitude of subjects but mostly in history and areas that help with evaluating goods at the store. When he got older he took to traveling with some of the goods so he could see other areas of Reikland and get a better view of the world. In 2489 he took over the store with his brother from his parents after they felt they were ready. Since then Elmer has managed the store with his brother receiving agreed occasional stipends so that he does not have to work. In 2501 Elmer began having his children work at the store to learn the business with the hope that they will take over the store in his stead one day. Elmer has also taken month every year since 2493 to travel to Altdorf and meet with merchants and nobles to help cement connects and contacts to sell goods to.

Elmer was educated by tutors at a young age and while working at the shop owned by his family.

Elmer has worked at Schadler's since he was able to help out in some form or fashion.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Elmer has made sure that the Auction portion of the house has regimented schedule that people can show up to and that it is also a nice party at the same time to help people loosen their purse strings.
Failures & Embarrassments
His great embarrassment was purchasing a sword that was supposed to be of elven design and not noticing that the sword was made of non-functional metal meaning that it was cosmetic losing him a many crowns.
