Argus Green-eye
Lord Argus Anundrsson (a.k.a. The Forsaken Child of Hrothmund)
The Fourth Dominus of Ragnias and referred to often as the Forsaken Child of Hrothmund, Argus Green-eye was, and still is, the weakest of the Dominus line. Unlike his predecessors, he did not achieve godhood and was nowhere nearly as mighty as them. His lack of strength, however, was made up for in sheer courage and valiant effort, as well as becoming the most cunning Dominus to exist. His legacy was cut short, however, due to a plot to halt the Dominus line and end it forever, to destroy Ragnias.

Personal history
Argus Anundrsson was born as the son of a Ragniasi apprentice mage, Anundr, and his former teacher, Jastira, in the western edges of what is now Valskar, bordering the elvish forests, Elidyra. The unlikely pairing of these two brought awkward phases throughout Argus' life, shifting between elvish and human ways frequently, not allowing him to fully realize what he was until several years after he reached adulthood.
In Argus' early life, his mother strove to teach their son magic in the old elvish ways, while Anundr sought to strengthen him to be a practitioner of the newly arriving Ragniasi Martial Forms, allowing him to channel magic, but not in the same way. His parents resolved to split up when Argus was three, Jastira promising Anundr that she'd let Argus return when he wished.
This was not to be.
Anundr kidnapped his son during the night and fled for the foothills of the Iron Mountains. Argus would never see his mother again.
Anundr became harsher, realizing that his son was weak in the eyes of the Gods, and sought to strengthen him with pain. Argus was beaten often, and while it did instill the resilience his father was hoping for, Argus would never forgive him and ran away. After two days of trekking through the wilds of Ragnias, he collapsed of exhaustion, brought to deaths doorstep. The young Argus, out of hope, then came face to face with Hrothgar. The spirit saw how weak the boy was and sensed his masters' blood in his veins. So in an attempt to save the boys' life, Hrothgar imbued his essence and spirit with the Argus', then took control of the boy's body to find a safe place, coming upon a nomadic tribe of warriors. Argus was taken in and nursed back to health.
In this Tribe, the people followed the Old Ways, fighting as those of the Old Kingdom would, almost exclusively venerating Hrothmund. During his time there, the War Chief, Skari, and his head shaman, simply known as Reaver Aki, were certain that one among the children was of the Blood of Hrothmund and made a little test. Combining several inflammatory materials and liquids, Skari and Reaver Aki subjected the children to an influx of pain to see if the Blood was triggered. Every child underwent the tests, but no results were found for almost a decade until Argus snapped. After his wounds were coated in the substance, Argus' blood ignited like oil, before quickly subsiding. Skari and Aki barely got the word out when Kyber came.
Kyber was a fledgling king seeking to grow his kingdom. He was renowned throughout the surrounding lands as the King of Blades, meeting any opposed him with a swift death. Argus stood to defend the people that had been his family for years and impressed the King of Blades, who asked if they would join his army. They obliged, having no other option. Argus' power grew underneath Kyber, eventually reaching the position of general, his tribe being inducted as a berserker vanguard. Argus and Kyber became fast friends, the two warriors fighting side by side in almost every battle going into the Fourth Convergence.
When an unknown army marched upon Kyber's kingdom, the King of Blades sent Argus out to find out why. It was here that Argus met again with Hrothgar, the God Wolf having been a part of him for years, watching him grow mighty. Hrothgar led Argus to the Old Kingdom, where he completed Hrothmunds Trials and spoke to the God of War, who revealed all. Argus then returned to Kyber, relaying what the God had told him. Kyber marshalled his armies, putting them under the command of Argus, now crowned Fourth Dominus of Ragnias.
During the Convergence, Argus met many friends; Lord Arthur Hawthorn, Admiral of the 51st Crodian Fleet, the Fourth Invictus Rex, Queen Alyra Xilmaris, Mountainsbane, the Fourth Magistri Rerum, and Nitya, the Fourth and Final Regnans Animo.
Near its conclusion, Argus was struck down by an Ascendant Blade- a corrupting weapon that slowly killed its wielder by exposing them to the hole in reality that constantly draws the realms back together. This weapon allowed for the destruction of Realms, long after the Convergence ended, and thus posed a threat to Argus, who's strength was slowly eaten away at. Before he died, he was able to cleanse himself before the blade killed him, allowing the Dominus Line to continue, but at the cost of loosing the strength amassed during the Fourth Convergence
