Netarts Valley is Founded

The Netarts area became a place popular for sightseeing, in the case of settlers from the journey to the Pacific Northwest. After finding an abundance of resources to use, a town is founded next to Netarts Bay. Businesses there begin specializing in seafood to feed the public, and to keep the town stable.
