The World Authority
The World Authority is a federation of over 180 nations/countries that governs most of the world, aside from the territories of Pirate Titans as well as rouge nations; and has many official government facilities across the world.
Organizations Under The Authority
Though the nations within the authority operate independently on internal affairs, there are many groups independent of any nation that operates to unify, aid, or oversee the federation and everything under it.
The New World Navy
The most "popular" organization within the authority, The Navy is the seaborne military force of the World Authority, tasked with maritime law enforcement and naval warfare operations. They maintain a presence on all of the world's known seas through countless branch offices. They mostly pursue pirates and illegal groups that aren't restricted to a particular territory or nation.
The Mage Association
The Mage Association is an organization within the World Authority that oversees the many official arcane schools, crafters/sellers, and research facilities that span The New World. They allow/make these individual groups in the arcane to collaborate with each other as well as with the other organizations within the world authority.
By joining the authority, such groups can legally pursue whatever arcane goals with the association's permission and supervision. It also requires that whatever they do be given access and priority to the world authority such as providing magical tools to the navy or nation.
