Sheriff Wyowin
Wyowin is an elderly elven man who acts as the Sheriff of Yeril.
His chosen title, "Sergeant of Arms", seems to indicate that he may have a military background. However those days are long gone, and he spends his time preparing for the defense of Yeril against some unknown and probably long gone enemy.
