A Traveler outpost was discovered near a Martian base

Seven astronauts sent on an exploration mission on Mars to look for life, water or anything extraordinary, boy they were in for a surprise. On the 25th day of their mission they discovered a Traveler base and accidentally activated a communication device summoning a political party to Earth's Solar System.
