The Tunnel hounds
Structure
The tunnel hounds are mostly unorganized, structured more like packs of stray dogs than any organizational structure.
Culture
The tunnel hounds are very animalistic their human intelligence has degraded to a primal state many of them don't wear clothing and others cannot speak anymore outside animal like calls, howls and screeches. They are very territorial and loyal to their gang. Although seemingly primal, the tunnel hounds are intelligent enough to use cover and ambushes to attack their prey. As well from hunting packs were groups of Hounds hunt the underground or go up to the back alleys of Arkham city looking for food. Food to the Hounds can be almost anything they can find and kill from rats, stray dogs or even other humans if they can ambush them and pull them back to the underground.
Public Agenda
The Tunnel Hounds are looked down on even by the other gangs, the tunnel hound's savage nature makes them more like packs of rabies infested dogs than a gang. They are cannibalistic and often attack and kill civilians most in the city of Arkam see them as no different than a pack of rabid animals or as a pest monster that lives in the underground.
Assets
Many of the Tunnel Hounds are known for using simple tools and weapons, mostly the weapons they use are things that they have scavenged like bone clubs, rocks, pieces of rusty steel, broken pipes, glass shards etc. Many other Hounds are disturbed to the point that they don't even use weapons and ambush their victims killing and eating their prey, ripping them apart with their own hands and teeth. However, the Tunnel hound's isolation has given them some advantages they have learned to tame and use some of the creatures found in the underground like dire rats and feral dogs.
History
After the great confluence many people fled deep into the underground where after a long isolation their minds degraded and were corrupted into a disturbed animal-like state. The Tunnel hounds are the descendants of the people that fled into the underground and have now found themselves out as animal-like humans.
Territories
The tunnel hounds are very territorial they usually attack trespassers on-site. Being primals the tunnel hounds are nocturnal only leaving the underground at night to hunt on the streets of Arkham.
