The Forgotten
A gang composed out of primarily homeless lunatics that have banded together, wearing rags and makeshift armor, that live in the tunnels and sewers under the city of Arkham.
Public Agenda
The Forgotten are usually hidden in the underground under Arkham and usually only leave to steal or beg for money and food to take back to their homes in the underground. Usually, the only thing that the public will see of the Forgotten are homeless beggars asking for food or money or some crazy guy digging through the trash.
Assets
Most of the armor and weapons that the Forgotten use are usually made by them and are made out of what materials that they could steal or scavenge out the trash and scrapyards. The weapons that are most often used by them are knives made out of scrap metal, broken pipes, glass shards and other things made from scavenge parts. That and the forgotten have learned how to tame and use some of the creatures found in the underground like dire rats and feral dogs.
History
In the city of Arkham, the streets and especially in the underground can be dangerous and especially if you are homeless. So, a group of homeless people banded together of protection.
Territories
The Forgotten are mostly a nomadic group traveling from place to place setting up tent cities or shanty towns that they stay in until being there becomes too inconvenient. How ever the Forgotten have established one permanent shanty town that many of them live out of called Bitter city.
