Lumin Elf
These elves came from the realm of Lumin when The Rupture opened the rift on Atlantis. They helped stabilize the world with their magic and advanced technology and continue to live mostly on Atlantis and the continent of Canada.
Most older Lumin elves (they can live up to 700 years) almost seem emotionless in how they present themselves, a vision of sophistication. They speak in calm or authoritative tones and rarely completely loose their tempers.
Some of the younger generation elves decide not to follow the lifestyle and views of the elders and seek the thrill of life among the other races. These elves are more eccentric and usually move out of the major elf capital to avoid being frowned upon by the more traditional lumin elves.

Biological Traits
Although elves reach physical maturity at about the same age as humans, the elven understanding of adulthood goes beyond physical growth to encompass worldly experience. An elf typically claims adulthood at about the age of 50, but certain rebellious elves that venture out of the capital claim adulthood sooner, due to the hardships in the outer world.
Lumin elves cannot be turned into beta vampires.
