Gnome
Gnomes came with the elves from the realm of Lumin. Their talent in technology and invention contributed toward bringing communication back between the capitals, and even helped raised London before it completely flooded.
Since then gnomes have received their own capital, a hub of major tech development in Spain.

Biological Traits
Gnomes mature at the same rate humans do, and most are expected to settle down into an adult life by around age 40. They have a natural talent for inventing and magic, and will almost always take jobs that involve one of these elements.

Facial characteristics
They tend to have prodigious noses, and their bright eyes shine with curiosity. Their fair hair has a tendency to stick out in every direction, as if expressing the gnome’s insatiable interest in everything around.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Many gnomes live in Spain and the Atlantis. Because of their natural curiosity some often travel to other capitals to find ideas for new inventions or learn new magic.
