Eeriedale Core Zone Districts

Even though each zone has a residential area, every district has residents, along with shops and businesses. The below descriptions serve to show the major aspects the districts are known for.

 

1. Core Living

  The main residential district of the Core Eeriedale area. Mostly middle class, and some lower class citizens live here. Its location means that many that live here also work in either the CBD or the Rec and Market districts. Core Living is definitely the best housing district that the lower class can obtain. Compared the Shole, the Boxes and the Slums, this area seems like a dream come true to most.

2. Core Market

  You can get your grocery shopping needs almost anywhere in Eeriedale, but you need to go to Core Market to get the rare items. These items include: fresh fruit and vegetables, real meat and authentic baked goods. Due to shortages in farming areas after The Rupture, these items are hard to come by and substitutes are used in most any product that you find on supermarket shelves. Because these natural items are so rare they come with a pretty big price tag, only the rich can afford to only shop at Core Market. To the rest, the foods there are luxury items that can only be bought occassionaly.

3. Core Rec

  Core Recreational district is known for its upperclass dining and entertainment. The rich and famous frequent this area and paparazzi stalk the shadows, waiting for their chance to snap a picture of a celebrity. Fans and wannabes flock to the clubs, in hopes of bluffing their way into the VIP areas. This area has a very exclusive, and expensive, drug market. Only important people have access to the special selection of top tier narcotics.

4. Core School Block

  This district has a variety of private schools and universities. Crown University, the study centre of many geniuses, is located in this area. Many well known professionals studied here, like Doctor Mason Winchester. The quality of eduction in some of these schools is so well known, that even some elves dare venture from Atlantis and Canada to study there.  

5. Creed Corner

  The corner in Eeriedale were most go to worship their deities. There are many churches and temples, from the rift and old world religions. Due to the fact that religions with opposite views come together in the same area, conflict sometimes breaks out between them. The level of severity in these conflicts depends on who initiated it. The worshippers that are more inclined to an evil lifestyle often get very malicious with their tactics.

6. Eeriedale CBD

  The Central Business District of Eeriedale. The courthouse, city hall and municipal building is located here. Many big corporations keep their offices here. The CBD is also has a variety of apartments and homes, people that live here often work in the area. Penthouses litter the sky, where celebrities look down at the common people below. Technology is seen everywhere here. Holovite ads are in the streets, the best V-Dream stations are here and the latest cybernetic releases can be found here.

7. Lux Lane

  To get a home in this area, you must be important. You must have social influence and you must have money. You can't even drive into this area without a resident's or visitor's pass. Celebrities often choose to buy a home here when they are bothered by fans. Bayside homes have their own docks, often with one or more yachts.

8. Midbridge

Midbridge is known for its public service buildings. The main communication stations is located here, as well as the because of the fire briage. This district got its name many years ago from the social divide between it and the CBD. The CBD called it the bridge you have to cross to get to the 'better' areas.

9. Ripple Hook

  Much like Core Rec, this area has many recreational buildings. Its main features are the Empyrean Theatre and the Willowby Waterfront. People that consider themselves to be 'cultured' frequent the places here. Chic coffee shops, art rooms and book shops can be found on almost every block.
