Mira Crowe (a.k.a. Crow)
Mira is a friend of Dezre' Smithson, and known in some circles as the person to go to when you need to acquire something that is in the possession of someone else.
Rumor is that she even broke into the EDPD in midday to get evidence that could incriminate her.
Mira only accepts certain jobs, though. She doesn't associate with any gangs, and only works with them under very certain circumstances.
