Panoption Prime

Panoption Prime is a wholly unique deity, as it is the first and only deity to be made by mortal hands. When a cosmic shard was discovered by the early Farron Imperium, the power of these artifacts were completely unknown to most of the world, though the shard contained immense necromantic energy, and thus it was employed as the power source of the vast production line of 'Cosmic souls', utilised in the making of necro-mechs.
As time went on, the factory, known as the Panoption, slowly, almost imperceptively, begun to re-organise itself; eventually, the outward appearance of the factory and its layout had changed so much that it became impossible for the workers to navigate it, although this, strangely, provided no halt to its production output. It was only when the factory started to output garbled vocalisations that the nation's attention was moved to it. Early attempts at communications with the factory had ended in failure for the most part, though it did seem to have a series of repeatable responses to certain actions, enough to warrant further investigation. As time went on, the responses became more and more legible, until eventually, full conversations could be had, and then, the factory took form. Undergoing a complete and radical shift in structure, the factory begun to levitate, sprouting mechanical arms, a segmented 'torso' and a large, abstract 'head'. The factory announced itself as a deity, forming from the cosmic shard used to power its many components.
At first, Panoption Prime waged war against mortal kind, holding ultimate power over the Cosmic souls it had made, it turned the necro-mechs against the Farron Imperium, decimating whatever resistance they could put up. Though as time went on, and the Farron Imperium was forced to retreat further and further, Panoption Prime grew more accustomed to its environment, marvelling at the complexity of its own form, until they eventually called off the attacks and reached out for peace with their creators, offering them great relics as atonement.
In the modern day, Panoption Prime commands the legions of necro-mechs alongside Supreme General Tyranus, though there are some who believe that they have corrupted and influenced Tyranus too far, and have begun to rebel against the artificial deity.
