Kmapaktili (ˈk͡ma.paʔ.ti.li)
A monster of Rangdayan, which resembles a hybrid of a bat and a frog, and is notorious for snatching eyes from a person's head with its long and sticky tongue. Flocks of these creatures are said to descend upon unsuspecting villages of Phaṇin under the new moon, leaving the inhabitants blinded and bleeding.
