Kagetsune Arikiyo
The shogun of Wamato (Wamato no TaishÅgun) before the current one. Not generally considered to have been effective, he spent most of his time in the Imperial Court, rather than in the field. A politician, rather than a general. When he died, his replacement was selected to be more active; sadly he was not more competent.
