The Druidic Order
Circle of druids whose primary task is to preserve life against the monstrosities but how and why they choose to do this is not mandated in any way and is up to the individual druid. That said many choose to act in an advisory role to a local settlement and only interfere directly if there is a great need. Druids are encouraged to take apprentices when they can. Persistence and willpower are specifically valued above talent in the druidic arts.
The Gathering - Every ten years druids who have the time gather to exchange news and see other druids but is mostly to introduce new or newly promoted apprentices. Is not mandatory in any way and many of the less social druids go their whole lives without attending a second gathering.
Grapevine is used regularly by members to cash information at hubs. That information is then copied and delivered to a central location near the gathering site by a few of the more capable druids selected by the archdruid.
