History

The Gallows Clutch or just simply the Clutch was founded or created when supernatural communities started to integrate back into the human societies. The Clutch was granted power over a region and since has ruled over it. The Matriarch leads and The seven families of the Clutch enacted and help to maintain balance and peace.
