With everyone reunited a few people had words to exchange. Mithris began by asking if Hilda still had the Yeti pelt she had harvested. She explained that traditionally the wardens wore white, and wished her help to craft Shane a proper outfit befitting her new rank. Hilda agreed and the two began work.   Nysany wanted to show Theta something, and excitedly led him off towards the side of the castle with Hilda in pursuit. She tried to animate a dead deer, and was frustrated when she couldn't accomplish it. Theta told her it was alright, and the two could practice until she managed it. Unfortunately Theta also had some bad news for Nysany and broke it to her and her father that her mother had been killed by the Hobgoblins. The sweet gnome did not handle it well, and her father Lanybar took her away to grieve.   The following day Shane, Valerie and Ushat began their journey to the Stormcaller Orcs home of Storms Call. The first night went without much incident, but the end of the second day saw a thick low fog roll in. During the night, Shane noticed that nearby was a mysterious obelisk. Upon investigating, she saw that it had the symbol of Solanus on it, the same on Valeries shield. She didn't disturb it, but showed Valerie during her watch.   Valerie cleaned the dirt and grime off the shrine, but the text that was written on it as well as all the other shrines was in HIgh Boros, something Valerie recognized but was unable to discern. In the morning with the fog clear, it was discovered that numerous other shrines lie around a central point that had a strange frozen pond. Valerie cleaned each shrine one by one, using her shields light to help dispel the symbols of Orcus that lie upon a few. One shrine was haunted and was radiating some sort of magical darkness, and when Valerie held shined her light upon it the shrine retaliated, with shadows being summoned. With Valeries daylight spell, it seemed the empowerment from the shrine was not enough to overcome the daylight, and they began to pick the shadows off, but not before the final being who dwelt within emerge. It had a powerful aura of annihilation, and those who gazed upon it took an incredible amount of damage. Thankfully Valerie was able to withstand its might, and the party vanquished it.   Shane noticed that there seemed to be five shrines in a star pattern, but the location of the 6th seemed to be occupied by a large tree. After investigating, it looked like the tree had grown around the shrine. Valerie began to hack at it, and a dryad emerged to attack! After taking a few blows the dryad realized it was way over its head, and begged for its life. The group let it flee, and returned to remove the tree from around the shrine.   With all five open and in the light of the sun, a bright shaft of sunlight beamed down from the heavens and melted the small pools water. Valerie stepped into the beam, and she got blessed by her god, as well as feeling a deeper connection with her shield and crown and gaining more of their power.   This took most of the day, and the group spent another night in the wilderness before making the final journey to Storms Call, arriving just before the sun went down over the Dragons Teeth Mountains
