Backstory Brainstorm
Due to her syl background, Neri has high respect for authority. Neri was born just as Mikhyl rose to power. During her childhood, the country still suffered a bit as it recovered. However, by the time she was the equivalent of a teen, the country had settled into a time of prosperity and peace.
Neri is also quite loyal to her family and close friends. She may seem chaotic and aloof to those that don't know her, but she would do anything for those she loves. This is a result of losing her childhood friend after she abandoned them. Ever since, she has refused to leave behind anyone else that she cares about in an effort to relieve her own guilt.
Neri found an affinity in music at a young age. Her parents quickly found her a tutor to help her hone her craft and it wasn't long before she found herself able to manipulate energy with her music. Neri became well known in Novaneri, playing during festivals and celebrations and helping to pass on age-old stories.
Pai Sho - Noble Game of Balance & Harmony
Gaming set includes 54 Tiles, pictured with several types of flowers, as well as ones with ships, wheels, weeds, and dragons. Tiles are often mismatched, as it is common to have picked them up across the various locations a player has been.
Describe Playstyle as involving sliding and rotating tiles across a grid to create patterns on the board.
To play, each player rolls 2d20 + Intelligence (History) + Charisma (Performance)
Bardic Inspiration:
You can inspire others through stirring words or music. To do so, you use a bonus action on your turn to choose one creature other than yourself within 60 feet of you who can hear you. That creature gains one Bardic Inspiration die, a d6.
Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Bardic Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Bardic Inspiration die at a time.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (a minimum of once). You regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Your Bardic Inspiration die changes when you reach certain levels in this class. The die becomes a d8 at 5th level, a d10 at 10th level, and a d12 at 15th level.
