Bloodgifted

The Bloodgifted are descended from vampires, and were for a time called Reverse Vampires. As Vampires they fed on the Lifeblood of other creatures, but at some point Sheel decided that the tables had to turn to maintain the balance. Now their own blood has healing properties, and those who do not make use of this are shunned and seen as honourless. The healing properties also grant them long lifespans, most living to the age of 500.

Rumour has it that one day, The Bloodgifted may once more regain their need for consumption, continuing the cycle. This has yet to happen for many millenia.

Bloodgifted commonly give away their blood in the form of healing potions.
