• Rhogar has come clean about his part in the murder of Lothar Vasco; in that... he did it
• Vasco was part of a nasty criminal ring that deals in the smuggling and sale of people. Rhogar believes he was the leader; at least here in Osthaven
• Vasco may have had someone in the Council covering for him. I find it hard to believe that the other gangs have not been aware of his group's activities, especially the Grey Sails and the Wings
• Vasco was a contact of Crane

7th Ashonmune, 1257

• My excursion back to Matteson's has revealed that Vasco and Ingrid Kazhir were working together, along with someone called Remi AuClair
• Fallon and Rhogar caught two of the Stingers, who are the gang that Vasco ran in Osthaven. Thori Frostmail, and Wylis. Thori has been detained by the Watch, but we still have Wylis.
• Wylis has spilled the beans. It seems that Vasco's death may have spurred the plan to steal the Tome into action, likely because they need the leverage in the Council more now
