While retrieving the book for Mister Rhogar, Magpie and I came across a lockbox belonging to Felicité van Brinkerhoff, the wife of Hendrick and mother of Annaliese. It is filled with love letters from someone known only as "Q", dating back at least ten years
Judging by the content of the letters, and the overpowering scent of perfume, Q is a woman
Felicité has in her possession an undated and unsigned divorce agreement. It seems that Annaliese being named heir has postponed her plans to divorce Hendrick, as doing so would cause a scandal in High Society
If Hendrick were to be caught in a scandal or some illegal activity, it would give Felicité grounds for divorce without compromising Annaliese's position
