When divine favor wavers or more specialized magic fails, the All sphere remains constant, representing the unbroken tether between servant and source. Even the most narrowly focused priesthoods depend on it; a war-god’s battle-priests may learn aggressive magic elsewhere, but they still draw upon the All sphere’s grounding presence to sustain their daily rites.

Scholars of the priestly arts often refer to the All sphere as the “spine” of divine magic, the universal inheritance of every clergy. Some claim it predates the pantheons themselves, a remnant of primeval forces from which the gods ascended. Others argue it is simply the minimum scaffolding through which mortals can safely receive holy power.
