OVERVIEW
Once the pride of Leilon’s artisans’ square, Willowshade Arrows now stands as a ruin half-cleared of ash.
The smell of pine and resin that once greeted customers has been replaced by soot and salt. Charred beams and a few scorched racks mark what used to be the best fletcher’s shop on the Sword Coast.
Calaethar herself has survived — barely — and continues working from a temporary lean-to set beside the wreckage. Her burns are healing slowly, but her sarcasm remains in perfect health.
She refuses to call the shop “closed,” though anyone visiting can see otherwise.

CURRENT STATUS
Operational Capacity: Minimal
Calaethar produces only standard arrows and simple repairs until her forge and fletching stations can be rebuilt.
The specialized bows, enchanted quivers, and custom designs that made Willowshade famous are unavailable “until further notice” — which in Calaethar’s tone sounds a lot like “until I kill a certain sahuagin.”
Building Condition: Half-destroyed by repeated lightning strikes from sahuagin shamans during the siege of Leilon.
Restoration: Awaiting druids of the Graywood to return in spring to regrow a new structure of living timber.
Business Mood: Frustrated, smoke-scented, and very sharp-edged.
