Emperors Chosen
In Phirus, a thousand men stand guard over the capital city. These elite of the elite are imbued with magical gifts, permanent body altering effects and are immune to aging. Called the Emperors Chosen, even though they aren't chosen by the Emperor, they stand united and are worshipped by the common man. Each member having lived for at least centuries, is a powerful magic user as well as close combat fighter. A single one of these men often change the course of history in battles all over Menos. Acting as a mostly independent organization, their origins and motives are just as mysterious as their full set of mutations.
Composition
Manpower
There are only a 1,000 men in the organization. However, they often send out a single man or a simple squad of a few men. Except for in their hq, presently in the capital Pavlorus, you will never see more than 2 or 3 of them together at once.
Equipment
Each member of this unit dresses to his own liking. Often their armor are things they had forged especially for them, and are unique to them. This is except for the fact that their armor is a powerful red, and that is normally how they are recognized. Furthermore, any weapons or tools that they may have equipped are their own preference, and this allows for every member of the Emperors Chosen to have their own specialty in the force.
Structure
Very little is known about the command structure, training or tactics of the Emperors Chosen. The only thing that is common knowledge about them is that their is a single man who commands them. Unfortunately no one outside of the organization has any idea who that may be.
