The Masks
These creatures are odd in appearance. They wear these masks, some made from burlap, some from tree bark. They are made from sticks, wood, and leaves. Branches grow from their masks, you can't see a face under but you know it is other worldly. You can only see their eyes from a distance but up close it is just dark. They have branches for limbs. Usually led by a leader of some sort that commands the others. People say you feel every nook and cranny of their bark when they choke you... the most dominant Nightmare.

A walking tree. It has a fleshy body covered by bark. Branches as arms and legs. Small branches protrude from its body.
