Silver Dragonborns
These dragonborns were born at subterranean levels. When becoming dragonlings their color starts to form becoming silver then once they reach adulthood is when their metal coating envelops them. These dragonborns particularly have a much bigger jaw used for eating rocks. When they eat rocks they chew them into sharp pointy dagger-like rocks using them as their breath.
