Lugubris
The one and only child of Illicitus, not much is known of him but he did lead to the spread of more Purple Wyverns.
It was mentioned in an old story called "Hadraniel's Lament" as a villain who fights Hadraniel, but this is most likely the author choosing to take shots at a somewhat important historical figure in Taliveran folklore.
