Karthadath Yorturim
Before he became the ruler of Talivera he worked under the former ruler. Essentially the right hand man to the ruler. The former ruler had gotten assassinated and Karthadath was assigned to take his place. It was easy being a ruler since it was almost like he already was. He followed the same ideals so it is like there wasn't a change, only in popularity.
When The Drakon had taken power in order for Talivera to fully change, he killed him. Allowing Talivera to become a new.
