Haints
Supernatural beings. Accounts say that they are people they recognize that haunt them, they loom over their shoulders and make their lives 10x worse either by whispering demented things to them or just making small actions to annoy the person. Such as spilling a drink or making the person trip, stuff like that. Their appearance is supposed to make the haunted regret what they have done, most commit suicide to make it stop.

Some researchers theorize that Haints had originated from the Nightmare Pocket Realm, a manifestation that has come to the real world but they cannot test that so they are unsure. Other researchers think that they are only spirits that are willing to haunt those who have caused them their pain or death, they can't test that either.
