Minotaur
Minotaurs were the first race created during the Bestial Atrocity, a generations long experiment by the elves. The first minotaurs were created by force feeding humans an enchanted mix of elven and bovine blood, which mutated the humans, giving them bovine traits. Over time the traits were refined, though a few different strains of minotaurs existed.
Eventually, the minotaurs would become free from their creators and for generations were little more than beasts. As time passed they gained intellect that rivalled their creators though remain fiercely protective of their own.
Most minotaurs will have horns, hooves and a tail, though some have more bovine traits, and fewer still are little more than anthropomorphic bovines.

Average Height: 2.5m - 3m.
Average Build: Varies Greatly.
Skin Colours: Pale white, tan, olive, brown, ebony (and many shades between).
Hair Colours: Blonde, red, black, brown, white (and many shades between).
Eye Colours: Blue, brown, hazel, green (and many shades between).
Notable Traits: Not all minotaurs are full bovines, many have human faces and heads but have horns, tails and the like.
