Cult of the Many-Faced Goddess
The Cult of the Many-Faced Goddess is considered on of the more dangerous cults in Arrakos. Founded in Lerund, the cult grew in number following the Lerund Incursions.
The cult worships an elven goddess of chaos, Lunarial Darkfire. Considered a cult of the insane, the power-hungry and the desperate it preaches that putting faith in the goddess and working to her goals can lead to your wildest dreams coming true.
The main beliefs of the faith seem to be debauchery and carnal pleasure, though those that worship her the strongest often show signs of magical mutation and dark powers.
Interestingly, the cult does not promote itself to humans, often encouraging those humans who seek to join to commit truly dark acts of faith before admittance is allowed.
Adherants to this faith are often gifted glowing black crystals that warp their mind, body and souls.
To be visited by their goddess is to know evil itself.
